Shipping and Returns

General Policy

These are SHOPBEAUTYUSA.com's ("SHOPBEAUTYUSA", "we" or "our") Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the SHOPBEAUTYUSA.com website.

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:

  • Any product not purchased from ShopBeautyUSA.com
  • Any product that is returned without original packaging and accessories, including box, inside packaging, and all other items originally included with the product
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage

 

Clearance and buy one get one free Item

Sale of "clearance item" or "buy one get one free items" will be final sale. There will be no refund or store credit for clearance or buy one get one free items.

 

Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items

If item is out of stock (Back-Order), then you will be notified via email of two options:

  • You can choose to wait for a month (if we can't fulfill your back order item within one month of back order date we will automatically refund back order item back to original form of payment), or
  • You can cancel and ask for refund for back order item(s).

 

Standard Return Policy

 

  • We are happy to offer you a refund or an exchange if the product you are returning is in a fully re-salable condition i.e. unopened and unused, and the return is made within 5 DAYS after the delivery. In this case, you can contact us. Please remember to include the following information in your email: name, email address, order number, product code and reason for return. Please also state clearly whether you would like a refund or an exchange. 
  • We are unable to process your refund or exchange until we receive the product back. All items must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging. A restocking fee (up to 50%) may be applied if the item was opened and not in original condition. The amount of restocking fee will be assessed based on the decision of our specialists who will be inspecting the item. (Returns for any opened ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS are not refundable/exchangeable unless customer receives wrong/defective products) 
  • Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable. The Customer will be responsible for RETURN SHIPPING FEES at any time unless the customer received wrong/defective items. Be advised that electronics, perfumes, makeup products and any other chemical products are non-returnable unless the customer received wrong/defective items.
  • Damaged/Wrong Shipment: Please email us within 48 hours of receipt to submit a claim. Pre-paid postage will be provided by us.
  • We will not refund All perfume and any other chemical products if your product is unwanted or you have changed your mind. To arrange a return of your unwanted items please contact Customer Service for a free post returns label.

 

 

Shipping & Handling

 

  • All orders placed/approved before 12:00 (EST) will be shipped out on same day. Some products, which are located in our distanced warehouse, may take a day or two to be shipped out.  
  • All products will be carried by USPS. Any shipments over $100 will be required signature confirmation to be delivered. (all shipments of cosmetic cases and fragrances do not required signature confirmation). . 
  • USPS Priority Mail - Delivery within 2 to 9 business days + 24-48 hours to process the order. (For Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Island customers)
  • APO/FPO orders are ship out via USPS. Delivery will take approximately 1 to 3 weeks + 24-48 hours to process the order.
  • All orders require 24-48 hours processing time before shipping.
  • Only USPS deliveries will be made on Saturday but not on Sunday.
  • All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
